By the late 1980’s, original 1930’s Art Deco Building
and the grounds were in need of remodeling.
The renovation included restoration to the Spanish Colonial/Art
Deco façade. All interiors and offices were demolished
and renovated. The grounds included a new stone circular driveway,
a small secret fountain at the executive drop off. Mature plantings
of olive trees, myrtle bushes, variegated hydrangeas, and camellias
adorn the front stone patio. The rear lawn was upgraded, a multi-colored
rose garden was added and seasonal annuals surround the pedestrian
walk. |
